Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, refund, or damage claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed package

  • Show the entire unboxing process without cuts

  • Clearly display the product and any damage/issue

Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process returns, refunds, or replacements.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

Contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Make sure to include the mandatory unboxing video when reporting these issues so we can evaluate and resolve the problem quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty products, hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
